About six months into my pregnancy, my husband suggested we find a doula. I was intrigued but had no idea how to go about finding one, much less the right one. This person would need to click with both my husband and me & give us a sense of security and confidence. Jordyn was all those things for us and more. Meeting with Jordyn made me feel prepared and calm. I was really able to relax the last months before I gave birth. She really guided and supported me through a very long, exhausting labor. Jordyn came to our house and labored with us for more than 10 hours, then continued with us at the hospital for another 7 hours until I gave birth to our dearest 7lb 11oz little girl. We are so thankful to have had Jordyn throughout our experience and continue to have her as a lifelong family friend.
